Description
South Beach Nanny’s unique mobile application gives parents access to their kids activities and GPS location while they enjoy the tour with us. Each child in our care will be provided a GPS device and ID tag that would be worn.
Parents/guardians would be able to download our iPhone/ Android app, provide a unique security code that we will give you and access real-time information on the location and activities of the child.
App Features
How it works
- GPS Location Tracker – App will provide a GPS location as well as Google map location of the child
- Activity Tracker – Informs the Parent/Guardian what activity the child is currently doing.
- Trip Itinerary – A detailed itinerary of the current day will be provided in the app along with status indicators of finished activities and current activity.
- Know your nanny – Name, official contact information of the nannies in the trip will be made available. Additionally information on drivers/ food and catering staff will also be provided. This helps parents to communicate to staff regarding medical conditions/ food allergies etc.
- Service Tariff & Rates – Rates for specific days/holidays can be searched here and users can leave email address/mobile number for customer support to reach.
- Pick up and drop off scheduling – Parents and guardians can set the time and place from where the children can be collected and left off. Additionally the parent/guardian must provide information on the person who would be collecting the children if they were being dropped off.
- Unique ID system – Your mobile device will be tied to the ID tag that will be provided to the children. Additionally all security key’s would be valid only for a day thereby ensuring that nobody else has access to the child’s information.
- Profile Setup – Frequent users can opt for a profile service thereby eliminating the need of registering once again. Once profile is set up, South Beach Nanny can just activate the account by providing a new key.
